Basic Function: The AA is the first point of contact for incoming communications and performs general clerical tasks on behalf of the Coalition staff, but reports directly to the Executive Director.  Day-to-day tasks as an AA includes, but is not limited to taking phone calls and messages, sending emails, posting payments to customer accounts, organizing and filing deposit receipts as invoices are paid, prepping for monthly meetings, capturing notes in meetings, and many other related tasks. Job Summary:

  1. Duties and Responsibilities:
