If you LOVE corn, then you’re going to love this recipe. I first had it a few years back at the Okeechobee County Fair when they had a roasted corn vendor that was situated directly across from my booth. So many different ways to make this as tasty as possible. You could even bake it in dish and make it into a dip! Let me know if you try it!
