The memorial tribute is set for January 29th at 11:00. Kathie Papasso and Diane Thrift were both very much involved in Trail of Hope. Trail of Hope is making a meet and greet area in the front between the 2 big oaks. This area will be for when people bring their animals to meet one of the dogs at rescue to see how they get along. It will have 2 benches one for each of them. And we are asking if anyone would like to get a stepping stone from wherever and write whatever they would like on it in memory of them or their dogs name or just a drawing. They need to be brought up to the shelter by the 20th of January so the area can be finished by the 29th. The contact number is Trail of Hope for any info (863)357-1104. And of course if anyone would like to make a donation in either one of their names would be awesome

Trail Of Hope Animal Rescue is a non profit, no kill Animal Rescue in Okeechobee. TOH is located at 1201 Hwy 98 N, next to the livestock market.
In the four years that Trail of Hope has been open, over 1,300 dogs have been rescued. Trail Of Hope Animal Rescue operates strictly on the generosity of donations made from community members. We are always in need of monetary donations as well as paper towels, laundry soap, fabuloso, bleach, old towel, sheets and blankets. Mostly, TOH is in need of volunteers who can lovingly help these pups until they find their forever home. They need to be fed, loved and given Hope. Please come visit any day from 10-2:00 and meet the pup of your dreams!!
