Hibbetts is collecting donations for hurricane relief. All listed items can be dropped off to either their store or Our Village. They have received word from the west coast that people are in desperate need of hygiene / feminine hygiene products along with clothing. ALL donations listed are needed. Advanced Joint & Spine Medical Center is taking donations for Hurricane victims, please stop by 208 NE 3rd Ave, to drop off items. They are taking hygiene products, baby items, clothes, etc.
Walpole Feed is currently taking general relief donations for victims of Hurricane Ian in the Arcadia and surrounding area. Please call 863-253-1956 “Chris” for more information about donation needs.
Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office is taking donations for dog/cat/pet supplies/food as well as water for Hurricane victims. Call 863-763-3117 for more information.
Save your tattered flags for proper disposal. Sheriff Noel E. Stephen is again teaming up with Matt Buxton from Buxton Bass Funeral Home and Crematorium. Saturday, October 22, 2022, from 9 am to 2 pm the little white collection trailer will be out front of our administration building at 504 NW 4th St., Okeechobee, Florida, 34972.
