Taylor’s Table – Episode 183 Protein Pudding

Chocolate

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt, I used whole milk
  • ½ scoop (12.5 grams) chocolate protein powder, I used Nuzest
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 Tablespoon milk, plus more if needed to thin
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup, or 5-6 drops of stevia, to taste
  • Chocolate chips, for topping

Vanilla

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt, I used whole milk
  • ½ scoop (12.5 grams) vanilla protein powder, I used Nuzest
  • 1 Tablespoon milk, plus more if needed to thin
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup, or 5-6 drops of stevia, to taste
  • Fresh berries (sliced strawberries, blueberries and/or raspberries, for topping)

Peanut Butter

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt, I used whole milk
  • 3 Tablespoons powdered peanut butter, PB2 powder
  • 1 Tablespoon milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1-2 teaspoons maple syrup, or 5-6 drops of stevia, to taste
  • Peanut butter and bananas, for topping

Instructions 

Chocolate

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine until smooth and no clumps remain. Top with chocolate chips.

Vanilla

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine until smooth and no clumps remain. Top with fresh berries.

Peanut Butter

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine until smooth and no clumps remain. Top with a drizzle of peanut butter and bananas.
