Taylor’s Table – Episode 183 Protein Pudding
Chocolate
- 1 cup Greek yogurt, I used whole milk
- ½ scoop (12.5 grams) chocolate protein powder, I used Nuzest
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 Tablespoon milk, plus more if needed to thin
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup, or 5-6 drops of stevia, to taste
- Chocolate chips, for topping
Vanilla
- 1 cup Greek yogurt, I used whole milk
- ½ scoop (12.5 grams) vanilla protein powder, I used Nuzest

- Fresh berries (sliced strawberries, blueberries and/or raspberries, for topping)
Peanut Butter
- 1 cup Greek yogurt, I used whole milk
- 3 Tablespoons powdered peanut butter, PB2 powder
- 1 Tablespoon milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1-2 teaspoons maple syrup, or 5-6 drops of stevia, to taste
- Peanut butter and bananas, for topping
Instructions
Chocolate
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine until smooth and no clumps remain. Top with chocolate chips.
Vanilla
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine until smooth and no clumps remain. Top with fresh berries.
Peanut Butter
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine until smooth and no clumps remain. Top with a drizzle of peanut butter and bananas.
