Chicken is THE most popular meat consumed in America and on average Americans eat up to 80lbs a year! That’s CRAZY!
Just this last year for the 2021 Super Bowl, Americans ate 1.8 billion chicken wings. That’s a lot of yard birds.
I made a new recipe this week which called for a Greek yogurt marinade, bear with me, it was absolutely delicious! You want to make sure you have at least 3+ hours for the marinade otherwise it might not tenderize it enough.
